Refund policy

Please be considerate when booking workshops as I only have limited spaces on my courses so a loss of a space is a big blow to my income.

Canceling your booking within 14 days

From purchase, you have 14 days within which you may cancel your booking for a refund. Please email me as soon as you know you will not be able to attend the booked class so that I can refund you and fill the place.

Bookings are non-refundable if they are made 14 days or less before the commencement of your workshop date. 

Making changes or moving  workshop dates

If you want to make changes to your booking after 14 days of purchase you must email me at least 2 weeks before your workshop date, and I will do my best to move you to a different date or workshop. If you are unable to accept any dates I offer within a period of six months from your original workshop then I may cancel your booking and retain the fee.

If you tell me with less than 2 weeks' notice I will do my best to find someone to take your spot. If I can, then we can arrange a new date for you, but if I can't find a replacement then I am very sorry I won't be able to accommodate any change to your booking.
