This jewellery making course is ideal for those eager to build on their existing skills and explore advanced techniques. You'll deepen your jewellery-making knowledge while choosing projects that spark your interest, or I can suggest technical challenges to enhance your abilities.
During the course, you’ll work on techniques like lost wax casting, tube setting, bezel settings, claw setting, flush setting, chain making, doming, and etching, among others. Tuition is personalised to match your interests while ensuring a solid grounding in the fundamentals, with advanced techniques available as needed.
The course fee covers basic materials, including consumables like brass and copper. You can also purchase silver and gemstones from Jude, who can assist you in sourcing anything necessary to bring your designs to life.
By the end of the course, you'll have a stronger foundation in jewellery making and crafted stunning pieces that reflect your unique style, elevate your craft to the next level!
It takes place at my studio for 6 consecutive weeks from 7 pm - 9 pm. It will be an ongoing course running in 6 week terms so you can continue your journey for as long as you please.
